Brief & Development

We start from your market and price point: fabrics are swatched, a tech pack is drawn, and a first sample goes out for your comment.

Two to three fit rounds on live models, with measurements logged against the spec sheet until the silhouette sits exactly where you want it.

Mills are chosen for hand-feel, colour fastness and lead time. Every lot is tested before it is cut — shrinkage, pilling, colourfastness.

Cutting, sewing and finishing run on a line schedule you can see. Mid-production inspections catch drift while it is still cheap to fix.

AQL inspection before packing, then cartons are checked against the manifest and handed to your forwarder with full export documents.
